Steps:
1> Act very friendly with him/her.
2> Take him/her to a bar or restaurant or permit room(whatever)
3> Make him/her drink 3 bottles of Kingfisher Strong beer.
4> Then just watch and wait.
I did that to myself yesterday and am still under its brutal effects.
